Training is conducted in Russian. All the programs are available to foreign nationals in full.

Baikal State University provides training in 32 master's programs in Economics, Management, Law, Construction, Forest Management, Statistics, Applied Informatics, Linguistics, Commercial Affairs, Customs Affairs, Psychology and Arts.
